Although our service is available across most of the Lebanese territories, it may happen sometimes that you are present in shadow areas where signal is not available. A slight switch of location should be enough in most of the times to get back a signal. It is always better to communicate your intended location of use to our sales reps before subscribing.
Setting up the connection
Before using the 3G connection, a new profile should be created on the used device. All you need to configure is WISE APN which is misp.wise.net.lb
Recharging the Account
Once you reach the quota limit or the 30-day validity, whichever occurs first, you will be automatically redirected to the refill page. Purchase a WISE Wallet prepaid card and follow the on-screen instructions.
Checking the Consumption
No need to remember any logins or passwords in order to check your data consumption. Just by visiting WISE website (wise.net.lb) an information box will show up at the bottom left side of the screen showing the info.
How to connect?
You can connect to WISE 3G mobile broadband in a variety of different ways:
- By using a USB dongle that plugs straight into your laptop.
- By using a pocket-sized 3G Wi-Fi router that runs on rechargeable battery and can connect up to ten Wi-Fi devices at once.
- By using a SIM or micro-SIM that inserts directly into your laptop or tablet, just like the SIM in your phone.
You just need to choose the one that is right for you.
