Conditions and Documents to obtain the service

If the phone line owned by an individual:

1. Have a fixed phone line (01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 or 09)
2. Provide a copy of the Personal Identification Card (ID) of the owner of the telephone line.
3. Provide a copy of the last telephone bill
4. Fill and sign a Wise application form.
5. Complete and sign a delegation letter, allowing Wise to apply on your behalf for the ADSL line.

NOTE: The application form and the delegation letter must be signed by the telephone line owner. If not, you must provide a delegation letter, from the phone line owner to the applicant, authenticated by a notary public. In this case, a copy of the Identification card (ID) of the applicant is required.
If the phone line owned by a company:

1. Have a fixed phone line (01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 or 09)
2. Provide a copy of the commercial circular (circular of the signatories) of the company
   (إذاعة تجارية ).
3. Provide a copy of the last phone bill.
4. Provide a copy of the Personal Identification Card (ID) of the authorized person as shown in the commercial circular.
5.  Fill and sign a Wise application form.
6. Complete and sign a delegation letter allowing Wise to apply on your behalf for the ADSL line.

NOTE: The application form and the delegation letter must be signed by the authorized person as shown in the commercial circular. If not, you must provide a delegation letter to the applicant, signed by the authorized person (as shown in the commercial circular). In this case, a copy of the Identification card (ID) of the applicant is required.

Once the process is completed, Wise will contact you to install the ADSL modem and activate your ADSL subscription.
